Dark baton with metal fittings; conical body made of dark, French-polished wood; atop the grip, a knob made of light wood; below, a wide silvered brass fitting with an engraved inscription. As per inscription, the baton was presented to G. Adams by the members of the Juvenile Orange Association, possibly a society of young Orangemen.
