short baton made of French-polished wood with ivory tips; the ivory grip is plain, unembroidered, with visible cracks, slightly widened, rounded towards the tip; the wooden cylindrical body finishes with an ivory tip with a flat end. A very similar baton can be found in the same collection, marked with the inventory number JSW 52 (they differ in terms of length and the edge of the ivory grip)
